Elliot is a personal trainer in the Pittsburgh Area, and has been personally training clients for over 10 years. He received his Bachelors of Science Degree in Athletic Training (Sports Medicine) from Duquesne University and went on to receive his Masters of Science studying Health, Physical Activity, and Chronic Disease.
He is currently a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and a Performance Enhancement Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Elliot directed the rehabilitation department at Pittsburgh East Health Center for two years after finishing graduate school.
While in undergraduate school Elliot worked with RMU Football and Duquesne Women’s Lacrosse Athletic Training Departments. Specialties include muscle hypertrophy and strength, weight loss, health/chronic diseases (high cholesterol, diabetes, low bone density, etc.), Injury prevention/rehabilitation. All focused around resistance training.
Work one on one with Elliot. This one hour session will be targeted specifically to the goals you are looking to achieve. Personal Training is great for improving sport performance, building muscle, losing fat/losing weight, increasing strength, looking to tone up, or just get in shape! Sessions are focused on strength training, hiit training, circuits, and other forms of conditioning.
Geared for motivated individuals who already workout but want the watchful eye of a specialist to design their workouts and give nutrition recommendations. Online coaching gives you a program specific to your goals and lifestyle. Weekly check-ins will help with adherence, and allow for any modifications needed throughout the training month.
